Concept and Unique Features
Low-rise construction and infrastructure: The main idea of the developer HOMEX is to create a self-sufficient ecosystem that avoids the overcrowding effect typical of urban high-rise blocks. The project implements a European quarter development format combined with extensive internal infrastructure for recreation, active lifestyle, and remote work. A private environment for long-term family living is created within the shared common areas.
Long-term living format with hotel standards: Building A operates under the HOME2 Suites by Hilton brand. This format is focused on long-term family living with access to a full hotel service package.
Autonomous ecosystem: Buildings B and C are designed for permanent residence and independent use by owners. Residents of these blocks are isolated from the external city flow while having direct access to the services and infrastructure of the entire complex.
Property location: The complex is located in the Adlia district with regulated low-rise construction, which eliminates the appearance of high-rise buildings in the immediate vicinity. The district is ideal for buyers who prioritize privacy and the absence of city noise when choosing real estate.

Technical Specifications
Building design: Three eight-story blocks built using monolithic frame technology. There are 14 apartments per floor. The interfloor sections of the facade are faced with natural travertine stone. Glazing is made using double-layer toughened double-glazed windows with enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation.
Engineering systems: Each block is equipped with two high-speed elevators. Heating and air conditioning are organized through a centralized climate control system, and hot water supply and heating connection points with individual metering devices are provided in the apartments.
Apartment types: Studios (starting from 33,5 sq.m), one-bedroom apartments (1+1 starting from 48 sq.m), and two-bedroom options (2+1 starting from 69 sq.m) are available for purchase.
