What 4u.ge provides
4u.ge publishes information about homes and residential complexes, lets visitors filter and save listings, and connects them with managers through chat or a callback request.
Accounts
You are responsible for the sign-in method and contact details you use. Do not use another person's account or share a passkey or authentication token.
Listing information
Prices, availability and developer information can change. We work to keep the catalogue useful but do not promise that every listing is complete or available at the moment you read it.
Fair use
Do not overload the service, scrape personal data, upload unlawful material or try to bypass access controls. We may limit abusive traffic to keep the site available to everyone.
Availability and third parties
The service can depend on Cloudflare, hosting, OAuth providers and Telegram delivery. We may pause a feature for maintenance or security without changing your rights under applicable law.
Operator and law
