4u Georgia operates 4u.ge. This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data we use and how you can control it.

What we receive

Browsing the public catalog does not require an account. When you start using chat, we store an anonymous identifier, messages and attachments. If you request a callback, we receive your name, phone number and the selected property. Signing in adds the profile details supplied by your chosen provider. We process the IP address and basic request data to protect and operate the service.

Why we use it

We use the minimum data needed to provide the catalog, remember your choices, sign you in, operate chat, answer callback requests, protect the service and meet legal obligations. The reason for processing depends on your action — fulfilling your request, your consent where we ask for it, protecting the service, or complying with the law.

Accounts and sign-in

If you sign in with Google or Telegram, we receive the profile details you allow that provider to share, such as your email, name and avatar. With a passkey, your browser securely confirms that it is you without sending us the passkey itself.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Use the controls below or email tech@4u.ge. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm that the request relates to you.

Who receives data and where it is stored

A submitted name and phone number are visible only to the developer or platform agent handling the request. We do not sell this data or send it to advertising or analytics services. 4u.ge runs on servers in Amsterdam; the hosting provider handles data only to operate that infrastructure.

What this device remembers and for how long

This device remembers your language, currency, favourites and filters so you do not have to choose them again. If you sign in or use chat, it also keeps the information needed to recognise you on your next visit. Anonymous chat access expires after 90 days, and inactive account conversations are erased after 12 months. We erase data earlier after a verified request unless a limited record must be kept for security or a legal obligation.
