Parallel tower placement: The architectural strategy of the project is based on placing two high-rise buildings parallel to each other. The decision is driven by insolation and view requirements: the apartments offer direct views of the Black Sea, the mountains of Adjara, and the city stadium.
Low density of residential floors: Each floor accommodates from 7 to 11 apartments. The top floors are designated for 14 penthouses — 7 in each block — with enlarged areas and panoramic glazing.
Cost-effective year-round operation: The complex is connected to gas supply, reducing utility costs during the winter period. The format of the property allows for both permanent residence and renting out apartments through a management company.
