Technical specifications
Building structure: The building is being constructed using monolithic reinforced concrete frame technology with a design seismic resistance of at least 8 points. Internal and external walls are built of building blocks. The facade is clad with aluminum profiles and composite panels. The project provides for panoramic stained-glass facade glazing using energy-efficient double-glazed units and tempered glass.
Engineering systems: Central heating and hot water supply are provided by an on-site gas boiler house. Technical equipment includes 4 soundproofed high-speed elevators.
Apartment types: The building features 410 apartments. Studio apartments (from 27,7 sq. m), one-bedroom apartments (1+1 from 66,9 sq. m), two-bedroom apartments (2+1 from 96,6 sq. m), and three-bedroom apartments (3+1 from 121,2 sq. m) are available. Large-format apartments include master bedrooms, multiple walk-in wardrobe areas, and terraces with panoramic views.
