Concept and unique features

• Management and service: The property will be operated by the Ambassadori Group hotel chain, providing centralized service that includes 24/7 concierge service, professional property management, technical maintenance of apartments, and access to the complex's private infrastructure.

• Scale of the autonomous ecosystem: The complex is designed as part of a large-scale “city on water” with its own internal infrastructure. • Engineering systems: 9 high-speed elevators, centralized climate control system for air conditioning and heating with individual metering devices, high-speed Internet.

• Apartment types: Studios (area from 37,10 to 44,95 sq.m), one-bedroom apartments (1+1 area from 53.20 to 72.55 sq.m), and two-bedroom apartments (2+1 area up to 109.10 sq.m).

The apartments are handed over to the buyer in finished condition with appliances and a kitchen set.
