Concept and unique features
Green Side Gonio is an apart-hotel located in the resort area of Gonio-Kvariati. The project is being implemented by the construction company Green Side Construction, operating in the Georgian real estate market for 16 years. The architectural concept focuses on creating a comprehensive internal infrastructure to ensure the comfort of residents and guests.
The complex is located in Gonio. It features a usable territory with an area of 3500 sq. m. The complex has direct access to the beach area
Internal infrastructure
Service and security: A 24-hour reception, video surveillance, and fire safety control system operate on-site. Gated surface and underground parking is provided. Transfer to the railway station and airport is available.
Recreation areas: A SPA center, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a green summer terrace, and a lobby lounge area are located on a territory of 3500 square meters. The complex features an equipped private beach.
Restaurants and cafes: The infrastructure includes an on-site restaurant and bar. Resident service is provided in the local cafe.
Sports: An indoor gym and fitness center are equipped for workouts.
Technical specifications
Building structure: The project consists of Block A (12 floors, delivered in 2023) and Block B (20 floors). External walls and inter-apartment partitions are constructed from YTONG aerated concrete blocks. Insulation is made using XPS extruded polystyrene foam. Facades are clad with Alucobond WoodHead material. Glazing is implemented with ASAŞ aluminum windows with the option of installing structures on balconies. The complex is equipped with 4 high-speed KONE elevators
Engineering systems: The buildings are equipped with four TK Elevator meta200. model elevators. Climate control and heating are provided by a centralized climate control and air conditioning system from Midea.
Apartment types: Offered units include studios with areas from 25.1 to 40.9 sq. m, one-bedroom apartments from 44.3 to 56.4 sq. m, two-bedroom apartments from 70.3 to 72.9 sq. m, and duplexes from 93.6 to 190.9 sq. m. A portion of the duplexes on the 13 and 19 floors are equipped with private pools.
