Concept and unique features

• International management standards: The project operates as a residential building with full hotel service, where living comfort, room service, marketing, and tenant acquisition are handled by the professional network River Rock Hotels & Resorts.

• Work-life balance: The building's infrastructure allows residents to handle work tasks in a dedicated coworking space with a library, and then switch to relaxation in two swimming pools and a SPA without leaving the complex.

• Technological autonomy: The building is equipped with generators to ensure uninterrupted elevator operation during power outages. Heating in the complex is provided by its own gas boiler room with individual meters for each apartment.

• Property location: The complex is being built in the developing New Boulevard area.

• Immediate surroundings: Within walking distance of Stay&Rent are Lech and Maria Kaczyński Park, the promenade, Metro City Mall, and several casinos.

Internal infrastructure

• Service and security: Residents have access to a 24/7 reception desk, concierge service, 24/7 security, and a video surveillance system. A two-level underground parking and on-site surface parking are provided.

Technical specifications

• Building structure: Monolithic-frame structure with high seismic resistance. Exterior walls and facade are clad with aluminum profiles and wood-effect composite panels. Panoramic stained-glass glazing and decorative sun blinds are planned.

• Engineering systems: Heating and hot water supply are provided by an autonomous gas boiler room. For home automation and remote control, apartments feature a Smart Home system — a solution based on a central control unit with Bluetooth support, smart sockets with remote energy consumption monitoring, motion sensors, and Smart Lock electronic locks on entrance doors.

• Apartment types: The project offers three layout types: studio apartments from 27 м² to 46,8 м², one-bedroom apartments (1+1 from 41 м² to 79,8 м²), and two-bedroom apartments (2+1 with an area of 83,5 м²)

The apartments are delivered to the buyer in white frame condition. The developer performs the construction of internal partitions, wall plastering, cement floor screed for the finish covering, primary electrical wiring, and water supply and sewage piping to the connection points. Panoramic aluminum double-glazed windows and an entrance door with a smart lock are also installed.
